Dr Howard Stean, one of the UK’s most experienced aesthetic restorative dentists will offer a unique programme for the ultimate hands-on experience.

 

Delegates will have an unrivalled opportunity to upgrade their practical skills in aesthetic clinical dentistry with one to one tuition on their own patient. Each delegate will:

 

v    Attend an introductory tutorial and gain information on the latest techniques and procedures in Smile design for esthetic veneers and crowns.  Special attention will be paid to the management of occlusion.

 

v    Attend with their patient at the Kew facility for hands on preparations under the guidance of Dr Stean

 

v    Bring patient for (optional) provisional restorative appointment for management of soft tissues

 

v    Return with patient for fitting of final restorations

 

Course fee £3500 plus vat includes all tutorials and papers

( Delegates may offset tuition fee against patient’s fee )

Course Syllabus will include :

 

Ø      Contemporary aesthetic and occlusal concepts

 

Ø     Selection of criteria for selection of appropriate case

 

Ø     Multiple anterior veneer/crown restorations in a patient

 

Ø     Assistance with diagnosis and digital photography

 

Ø     ‘Smile design’ and occlusion made understandable

 

Ø     Management of soft tissues for health and aesthetics

 

Ø     Optional visit to dental laboratory

 

Ø     Practical assistance during treatment by Dr Stean

 

Ø     Impression and Provisional techniques

 

Ø     Final fitting and completion
